Halloween is coming up and I´ve been looking into some Harry Potter inspired crafts…

The Harry Potter Wikia lists the following textbooks as required reading for Year 1 students at Hogwarts:

Standard Book of Spells03

The Standard Book of Spells Year 1 by Miranda Goshawk

Standard Book of Spells

Another Standard Book of Spells

There are many different versions of this one about, which is just as well, since there is  a different one for every year at Hogwarts. Besides, I could picture Ron having a different, older edition for this one than the rest of his classmates, since his will have been passed on from his older siblings.

There are plenty of talented craftspeople out there who have made covers of these books and offer them as printables, either life size or doll-sized.

Wren*Feathers has offered some Harry Potter themed doll-sized costumes and props , including a set of First Year book printables.

Jinjia Mixed Goods also has printables for HP-inspired doll-sized books and props.

Both sites also have lots of other neat stuff, both free and for purchase on their respective etsy shops.
